Chapter 222 - 222: Showcase, Part Forty
Chapter 222 - 222: Showcase, Part Forty
Days passed in a blur of futacocks, kitsune cum, and sweat. Not that Melisa was complaining.
She'd fallen into a pretty sweet routine with the Summers. Some days, Isabella would join them, turning their "re
Raven was quiet for a moment, her fingers playing with the edge of her book.
"Would you... want another girlfriend?"
...
...
Melisa blinked.
"Eh???"
[Wait, what?]
"I know how you and Isabella are," Raven continued, her voice soft but steady. "And I... I'd like that too. With you."
Melisa sat up straighter, her tail curling around her leg nervously.
"You want to be my girlfriend?" she asked, making sure she'd heard right. "Like, officially?"
Raven nodded, a rare vulnerability showing in her eyes.
[Holy shit. Holy shit holy shit holy shit.]
Melisa took a moment to think about it. She thought about their sparring sessions, their late-night talks, the way Raven's usual stoic expression would soften when they were alone. She thought about how fucking hot it was when Raven got all dominant in bed, and how cute she looked when she blushed.
[Actually, this is kind of a no-brainer.]
"Well, y-yeah, sure, awesome, obviously!"
The smile that spread across Raven's face was like watching the sun rise - rare and absolutely beautiful.
"Good," Raven said. "Good."
"So... That's that?" Melisa asked.
"I suppose..." Raven looked away, voice softening up, "you could kiss me to make it official?"
Melisa melted.
"COME HERE!" She all but shouted before tackling Raven, smashing their lips together.
And so, another chapter in Melisa's wild life came to a close.
Not with a bang (well, okay, probably with several bangs if you counted what happened after that kiss), but still. The Shadow Mages had been dealt with, at least for now. Kimiko was stable, thanks to Melisa's... unconventional but effective treatment plan. Isabella's showcase had been a success, even if it had turned into a battlefield. The truth about nim magic was out there, spreading through rumors, waiting to change everything. And Aria... well, who knew?
Maybe their paths would cross again someday. Maybe.
But most importantly...
Melisa's harem had grown (on an official level) yet again.
Sure, there were probably still challenges ahead. Questions to be answered, mysteries to solve, probably more people trying to kill her because honestly, when wasn't someone trying to kill her?
But for now, in this moment, everything was perfect.
Well, almost perfect.
[Note to self: avoid trucks in this life too. Just to be safe. Or carriages. Could a carriage isekai someone? I dunno. Better not walk near one though, just to be safe.]
